The Sidecar is a classic cocktail which should be made with cognac (or brandy), Cointreau, and fresh lemon juice.

Sidecar Recipe 

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz Brandy
  • 1 Oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 Oz Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a sugar rimmed Cocktail glass.
