Ronson Art Deco Touch Tip Barmaid Lighter

This is a large 7 1/2" tall Ronson Touch Tip art deco lighter in the shape of a bar with the figure of a female bartender behind it. ca 1936 this lighter is specially made for Ronson by the Artmetal Works Inc., of Newark NJ. It is the companion piece of the Black Bartender Ronson. The arms and face of the figure behind the bar is highly polished nickel or chrome and the body has a matte finish, almost like new. The front of the bar appears to be faux tortoiseshell, there is a slight bend in the rail. It is engraved "Irwin to Fred 1939" on the shaker and pocket. It is in excellent complete condition even with the original felt on the bottom, you don't find them like this very often!
