Sale of Goods
These terms and the order constitute the whole agreement between you (the purchaser) and us (cocktailshakers.com) for the sale of goods from cocktailshakers.com. Any amendments thereto must be confirmed in writing. Please ensure that you are happy with these terms before you submit the order, because you will be bound by the terms once a contract comes into existence between us.
Any photographs, drawings, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any colors, images or illustrations, are offered solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods they describe. They do not form part of the contract between you and us for the sale of the goods.
If any of these terms are inconsistent with any term of or instruction in the order, the terms in the order shall prevail.
The order is an offer by you to enter into a binding contract which we may accept or decline at our absolute discretion. The order you place on cocktailshakers.com excludes shipping, handling & insurance. We will calculate shipping to the shipping destination you indicated on your order. If required appropriate handling and insurance will also be calculated.
The total cost of the product(s), shipping, handling and insurance will be provided to you with payment choices. We will hold the product for a period of 10 days or until we receive payment in full After 10 days and we do not receive payment in full, the product will be taken off of hold and placed back on our website for sale.
Once your payment has been processed these terms shall become binding on you and us, at which point a contract shall come into existence between us.
Most items purchased from cocktailshakers.com are vintage and consequently age related marks and signs of wear and tear can be seen, due to the age of the item. Items are purchased as seen on the photographs and as described.

We will make every endeavor to point out if there is any serious damage, defect, cracks, restoration, etc. We cannot cover every eventuality so if you have any questions please contact us via e-mail before purchase.
Simply stated no item can be shipped without the full payment being received by cocktailshakers.com.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
If a purchased item does not substantially conform to the description or any e-mail answers, and the item is returned to the cocktailshakers.com within 5 days of purchase, then cocktailshakers.com will issue a refund of the purchase price, which will include any shipping, handling, insurance or banking fees (such as credit card fees).
If you cancel your purchase before being shipped, then a full refund will be issued excluding any fees that may be unrecoverable by us like credit card processing fees or PayPal fees.

Except as set out above and in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods and/or services following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our agents, affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website. We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the website, whether or not accepted by us).
